Most of the housing here is farmhouses and rendered two-storey homes around the Barrow valley, with 1970s bungalows on the approaches to the town. The local condition that shapes the job is sheltered by the Blackstairs, so frames age slowly and quietly rather than failing in a single gale, which is why slow, sheltered weathering means faults sit unnoticed for years, so a survey usually finds more than the homeowner expected.

Use the enquiry form on this page and it goes straight to them, or ring them on 083 203 4520. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.

Ask for a measured survey before any price, and get the quote in writing afterwards. Confirm three things in particular: whether removing and disposing of the old frames is included, who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside, and what the lead time is. Made to measure frames run six to twelve weeks, so the survey date is not the start date.

Carlow town is in Carlow, where Old Manor Windows Ltd. is registered, so yes. They work across Carlow town, Tullow, Bagenalstown and out to Hacketstown. Whether they will travel to a specific townland is worth asking directly, particularly for a smaller job.

No Google rating is showing for Old Manor Windows Ltd. at the moment. That can mean nobody has left one, or that fewer than three people have, because we hold a rating back below that rather than presenting one review as a score. It says nothing about the quality of their work. Ask them for two addresses locally where they have done the same job, and go and look at them.
