Most of the housing here is bungalows and small-farm houses set on drumlin rises, many built or extended through the 1980s and 90s. The local condition that shapes the job is persistent damp and wind-driven rain across open drumlin country, which finds any gap at the frame perimeter, which is why exposed hilltop sites take weather from every direction, so perimeter sealing matters more here than the glazing spec.

Use the enquiry form on this page and it goes straight to them, or ring them on 086 815 7569. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.

Ask for a measured survey before any price, and get the quote in writing afterwards. Confirm three things in particular: whether removing and disposing of the old frames is included, who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside, and what the lead time is. Made to measure frames run six to twelve weeks, so the survey date is not the start date.

Cavan town is in Cavan, where Mk Living Designs Ltd is registered, so yes. They work across Cavan town, Bailieborough, Cootehill and out to Ballyjamesduff. Whether they will travel to a specific townland is worth asking directly, particularly for a smaller job.

No Google rating is showing for Mk Living Designs Ltd at the moment. That can mean nobody has left one, or that fewer than three people have, because we hold a rating back below that rather than presenting one review as a score. It says nothing about the quality of their work. Ask them for two addresses locally where they have done the same job, and go and look at them.
