Work in Kerry usually means coastal bungalows and mountain-backed farmhouses, many with substantial glazed elevations facing a view. The condition that shapes the job locally is Atlantic salt and wind on the peninsulas, heavy rainfall inland against the mountains, which is why large view-facing windows on exposed sites are common here and need genuinely different specification.
Ring them yourself. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.
