Work in Kildare usually means commuter estates from the late 1990s and 2000s, rendered semis with block-paved drives, plus older market town housing. The condition that shapes the job locally is inland and relatively sheltered, so units reach the end of their service life rather than failing early, which is why whole estates were built within a few years of each other, so entire roads come up for replacement together.
Ring them yourself. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.
