Work in Leitrim usually means small rural bungalows and cottages across lake country, low density and widely spaced. The condition that shapes the job locally is the wettest county in the country by reputation, with persistent damp rather than storm damage, which is why persistent damp rather than storm damage means faults show as condensation and soft sills long before anything visibly fails, so a survey usually finds more than the homeowner came about.
Ring them yourself. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.
