Work in Limerick usually means city terraces and red brick, 1970s suburbs, and farmhouses through the Golden Vale. The condition that shapes the job locally is damp Shannon estuary air and high rainfall, with sheltered inland conditions further east, which is why estuary damp is hard on timber, so aluclad and uPVC dominate replacement here.
Ring them yourself. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.
