Work in Offaly usually means bungalows and two-storey houses at the edge of cutaway bog, with older stock in the towns. The condition that shapes the job locally is flat, open midlands with little natural shelter, so wind reaches houses unbroken, which is why open flat land means no shelter belt, and exposed gable windows take far more weather than the front elevation.
Ring them yourself. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.
