Sean Maher, Replacement Windows and Doors in Tipperary

Sean Maher is listed on the SEAI register for external windows and external doors, as of the register download on 7 August 2026. Registered with SEAI for windows and doors only. The register changes, so check the current entry with SEAI directly.

Sean Maher is based in Tipperary and works across Clonmel, Thurles, Nenagh, Cashel and Roscrea. The SEAI register also lists 16 other counties in their service area, so it is worth asking how far they travel for a job your size.

Most of the housing here is two-storey farmhouses on rich farmland, market town terraces, and 1990s bungalows. The local condition that shapes the job is sheltered inland, with the Galtees and Knockmealdowns taking the worst of the weather, which is why large farmhouse elevations mean high window counts per job, which changes how quotes should be compared.

Use the enquiry form on this page and it goes straight to them, or ring them on 086 832 2146. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.

Ask for a measured survey before any price, and get the quote in writing afterwards. Confirm three things in particular: whether removing and disposing of the old frames is included, who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside, and what the lead time is. Made to measure frames run six to twelve weeks, so the survey date is not the start date.

Clonmel is in Tipperary, where Sean Maher is registered, so yes. They work across Clonmel, Thurles, Nenagh and out to Roscrea. Whether they will travel to a specific townland is worth asking directly, particularly for a smaller job.

Sean Maher holds a Google rating of 4.3 from 3 reviews. We do not collect or moderate reviews ourselves, and a rating only appears where at least three people have left one, so a single glowing review never shows here as a score.
