Work in Waterford usually means coastal dormers and painted render, city terraces, and rural houses inland. The condition that shapes the job locally is sea light and salt along the copper coast, milder and drier than the west, which is why coastal properties need corrosion-resistant hardware even where the frames themselves are fine.
Ring them yourself. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.
