Most of the housing here is coastal dormers and painted render, city terraces, and rural houses inland. The local condition that shapes the job is sea light and salt along the copper coast, milder and drier than the west, which is why coastal properties need corrosion-resistant hardware even where the frames themselves are fine.

Use the enquiry form on this page and it goes straight to them, or ring them on 085 778 8530. Ask for a measured survey before any price, get the quote in writing, and confirm who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside once the old frames come out.

Ask for a measured survey before any price, and get the quote in writing afterwards. Confirm three things in particular: whether removing and disposing of the old frames is included, who makes good the plaster inside and the render outside, and what the lead time is. Made to measure frames run six to twelve weeks, so the survey date is not the start date.

Waterford city is in Waterford, where SM Windows & Doors Ltd is registered, so yes. They work across Waterford city, Dungarvan, Tramore and out to Ardmore. Whether they will travel to a specific townland is worth asking directly, particularly for a smaller job.
